This afternoon i went to one of the restaurant at Serusop and while waiting my roti telur kena masak, i looked sekeliling restaurant and i saw this posters arah dinding that restaurant. It says "MAHU BERHENTI MEROKOK?" Well its a good idea that the owners as well as Ministry of Health put this poster pasal im sure some peoples is about to quit smoking jua. Also stated dalam poster tu no telefon if you wish to quit smoke.Brunei Muara 2340811 ext 25 or 2661415,

Emmm ... bukan mudah nak berhenti merokok ni airil, tapi tidak mustahil. Saya masih dalam percubaan untuk berhenti merokok setelah hampir 20 tahun merokok! Sungguh menyiksakan tapi memikirkan akibat merokok itu amat buruk, maka saya pilih untuk berhenti merokok secara perlahan-lahan.
