Satu kemalangan sendiri telah dilaporkan berlaku membabitkan sebuah kenderaan jenis Suzuki Swift. Kemalangan tersebut berlaku di lebuh raya Bukit Udal Tutong.
Menurut laporan polis, pemandu tersebut dipercayai hilang kawalan lalu kenderaannya berpusing dan kemudian merempuh ke longkang berdekatan. Mujur semasa kejadian tersebut tiada kenderaan lain yang melintas. Pemandu dan penumpang di dalamnya terselamat dari sebarang kecederaan.
Pihak polis daerah yang menerima panggilan kecemasan petang tadi bergegas ke tempat kejadian bagi mengawal keadaan lalulintas. Walaubagaimanapun punca kemalangan masih dalam siasatan.
